Integrate HubSpot with your bot for enhanced CRM functionality.

Overview

Integrating your bot with HubSpot enables you to leverage powerful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features directly within your chat interactions. This integration allows your bot to collect contact information from potential leads through Lead Qualification Form and pass it directly to HubSpot via their Forms feature. This process creates a form submission and contact record in HubSpot, streamlining your lead management and qualification process.

Configurations

Follow the integration instructions below:

  1. Create a form in your HubSpot account that includes all the fields you intend to collect.

For detailed instructions on creating HubSpot forms, please refer to HubSpot's documentation. HubSpot requires an email field in forms to create contact records from submissions. As a result, we strongly recommend including an email field in all HubSpot integrations to ensure accurate and complete data capture.

  1. (Optional) Connect the Form to a HubSpot Inbox for streamlined lead management.

Linking the form to an inbox is optional but highly recommended, as it simplifies submission sorting and enables actions like ticket creation. For guidance on connecting a form channel, please refer to HubSpot's documentation.

  1. Copy the embed code via Actions > Share to reference the portalId and formId.

  1. Create an Tuul Lead Qualification Form that includes all fields in your HubSpot form.

  2. Set up a Destination Automation for HubSpot to map the questions from your Tuul Lead Qualification Form to the corresponding fields in your HubSpot Form. The following values will be required:

    • Portal Id: HubSpot value referenced in the embed script above.

    • Configuration Description:

    • Destination Description:

    • Destination Id

    • Form ID:

    • Mappings: associate the HubSpot Field to the corresponding Tuul Form Label.

  3. Associate the Destination to the Lead Qualification Form with the Destination Id.

  4. Publish your Tuul bot for changes to take effect and your Lead Qualification Form to be available to your bot users.

  5. Successful submissions of Lead Qualification Forms will now populate in your Tuul Analytics Dashboard and your HubSpot instance as Form Submissions and Contact Records.
