Version History

Manage and restore bot versions with ease.

Overview

The Bot Version History feature allows you to view and restore previously published versions of your bot. This functionality ensures that you can revert to an earlier version if needed or make adjustments to an older version before republishing it.

Configurations

To access Version History, navigate to the Bots > select the bot of interest > Settings > Version History.

Republishing a Previous Version:

To restore a previous version, find the version you wish to republish from the list:

  • Click on the "Republish" button next to the desired version.

  • Confirm the restoration to revert your bot to the selected version.

Redrafting a Previous Version

To redraft a previous version, select an older version

  • Click on the "Redraft" button next to the desired version.

  • Make the necessary adjustments to the draft version in the Orchestration surface.

  • Once satisfied with the changes, Publish the draft to make it the current active version.

We recommend you regularly review your bot's version history to keep track of changes and updates, and utilize the restore feature to maintain stability and continuity. For further assistance or inquiries, reach out to your Customer Success Representative for personalized guidance and support.
