Gorgias

Integrate Gorgias with your bot for streamlined support ticket creation.

Overview

Integrating your bot with Gorgias allows for support ticket creation directly through user interactions within the bot interface. This integration automates the collection of user contact details and other relevant information, passing it to Gorgias via their API to create a support ticket. This ensures that all support requests are efficiently managed and no customer query goes unanswered.

Configurations

Follow the integration instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the website, and log in with your credentials.

  2. Once logged in, locate your API Access & Credentials by clicking on Settings > YOU > in the sidebar navigation menu.

  1. On the REST API page, you will find all the necessary API credentials, including the following:

    • Base API URL

    • Username (your email address)

    • Password (API Key)

  2. Ensure to securely copy the Base API URL, Username (your email address), and Password (API Key).

  3. Set up a Destination Automation for Gorgias to map the questions from your Tuul Lead Qualification Form to the corresponding fields in your Gorgias app. The following values will be required:

    • Gorgias Base API URL

    • Gorgias Username (your email address)

    • Gorgias Password (API Key)

    • ON Destination ID

    • Mappings: associate the Gorgias Email and Message Fields to the corresponding ON Form Label.

  4. Associate the Destination to the Lead Qualification Form with the Destination Id.

  5. Publish your Tuul bot for changes to take effect and your Lead Qualification Form to be available to your bot users.

  6. Successful submissions of Lead Qualification Forms will now populate in your Tuul Analytics Dashboard and your Gorgias instance as Form Submissions and Tickets.

Create an Tuul that includes all fields you'd like to associate to your Gorgias tickets.
